Tasteful remodel of Public Restrooms at Manhattan Village Medical Plaza, an historic Hacienda-style builing managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. The once tired seventies plastic laminate toilet stalls, brown tile and unsighlty ceiling, lighting and plumbing fixtures were replaced with beautiful “Hacienda-Modern” details. Playful, but durable/ high-traffic hexagon floor tiles, reclaimed barnwood apron and ceiling, and transluscent panels mixed with bright brass and dark bronze fixtures make this a lovely respite for Medical Plaza visitors.

Custom vanity made of dark bronze finished steel legs, reclaimed barnwood apron, white quartz countertop, bright brass faucet and soop dispenseers, custom mirrors with dark bronze finish, rings and leather stitched support straps. Wall sconce light fixtures were also customized, and all hardware was finished in a dark bronze to tie everything together.

Much research went into finding the perfect light fixture with a “Hacienda-Modern” aesthetic while meeting stringent California Title 24 Engery Codes. This once nickel fixture with integrated LED was custom finished in dark bronze to compliment the design throughout.
