The formerly drab gray and mauve restrooms were transformed into clean, beautiful spaces with handmade Mexican pottery sink vessels, golden details, delicious moss artwork, concrete countertops, and hand-molded subway tile.
Gone are the 80’s styled multi-use restroom stalls with pink accented walls for Women and blue accented walls for Men and laminate counters. The restrooms have become clean, beautiful gender-neutral spaces with handmade Mexican pottery sink vessels, golden details, delicious moss artwork, concrete countertops, oak cabinetry, hand-molded subway tile, herringbone “wood” porcelain tile floors, and ultra cool NICHE pendant LED lighting.
Custom bench with comfy colorful throw pillows add additional seating around the crystal blue jacuzzi spa.

The Clubhouse was completely remodeled inside and out, with new rustic modern sconces, urn planters, and fixtures. A custom wood and steel screen wall provide a layer of privacy at the outdoor shower, and the refinished pool and pool deck are a beautiful upgrade for the residents. Luxurious furnishings surround the pool, spa, island bar, cabanas and outdoor living space.

A large 42” wide stainless steel grille, warming drawer, storage cabinet, refrigerator and freezer allow for plenty of food prep, and make this a fun place to eat, drink and be merry.
To keep the overall design aesthetic consistent, DLZ | INTERIORS custom-designed the outdoor lampposts and clubhouse pendant lighting to coordinate with the beautiful rustic modern wall sconces.
